C-01 → C-06Services
AI automation, SEO, paid media, product, data and brand services — on one growth model
The short answerquotable
AiS LABZ offers six services that run on one growth model and one measurement layer: applied AI and automation, organic growth and SEO, performance marketing, digital product development, data and analytics, and brand and positioning. Each is available standalone or as an integrated pod, delivered by senior-only teams in two-week increments across seven markets, with documentation handed over so your own team can run the result.
The six services
Each one plugs into the same growth model
Every discipline reads from one measurement layer and reports against one agreed number. Open any of them for what it includes, how the engagement runs, what it costs and the questions clients ask before they start.

The LABZ protocol
Engineered, not improvised
The protocol is the same in Boston, London or Singapore: find the constraint, model the economics, ship against them on schedule, then hand over the machine. No handover theatre, no surprises on the invoice.
Diagnose
One to two weeks inside your data, funnel and stack. We leave with a ranked list of constraints, not a mood board.
Model
We build the growth model — unit economics, channel ceilings, expected payback — and agree the number we are moving.
Build
Pods of strategists, engineers and creatives ship in two-week increments against that model. No handover theatre.
Compound
Winners get systemised into playbooks, automations and documentation your own team can run without us.
Always-on
After the build, the work continues
Three monthly subscriptions keep a named pod on your account — optimising, maintaining and reporting against the number we agreed at the start. They are the recurring engine behind 25+ projects currently under management.
SEO & Organic Growth
A continuous organic growth programme — technical SEO, content operations and digital PR — that compounds long after a media budget ends.

Always-on paid media management across search, social and retail media, engineered around contribution margin and measured by incrementality.

Post-development care for everything we build — and platforms we inherit — so releases ship on schedule and nothing decays after handover.
Read moreWhy one system rather than six suppliers?
Most growth problems are handoffs. The ad account reports one number, analytics another, finance a third, and the product team ships against none of them. Splitting the work across six suppliers institutionalises that gap: each one optimises its own metric and nobody owns the outcome. Running the disciplines on one measurement layer means paid media is planned on contribution margin, SEO is judged on revenue rather than rankings, and every automation reads from data three teams already trust.
It also changes what handover means. Because documentation, playbooks and code are contractual deliverables in every discipline, you can stop any one of them without losing the others — and your own team can run what was built.
What does a first engagement usually look like?
A free 15-minute call, then a one-to-two-week diagnostic across all six disciplines. It ends with a ranked list of constraints and a modelled range for each, not a proposal for everything at once. The first engagement is whichever item on that list moves the agreed number fastest. For a business with disagreeing numbers that is usually measurement; for one with a rendering problem it is a technical SEO fix; for one about to spend on launch it is positioning. If nothing on the list clears the payback bar, we say so.
Common questions
Before you choose a service
Whichever one moves the agreed number fastest. The free diagnostic ranks constraints across all six disciplines — tracking, traffic, conversion, product, positioning, operations — and the first engagement is the one with the highest leverage, not the most familiar one. For many businesses that is data and analytics, because nothing else can be measured honestly until the numbers agree.
Yes. Every service on this page is available standalone or as part of an integrated pod. Most clients start with one and add a second once the measurement layer shows the return. Nothing is bundled to force a bigger contract, and every deliverable is documented so your own team, or another supplier, can pick it up.
Project work — a build, a positioning workshop, a technical audit — is quoted after a short discovery, with a fixed scope and a fixed date. Ongoing work — SEO, performance marketing, product maintenance, measurement — runs as a fixed monthly retainer, month to month after a three-month setup period. There are no hidden line items and no overages; the price you start on is the price you pay.
We extend them. The pod pairs with your marketers, engineers and analysts, hands over documentation and playbooks as contractual items, and scales up or down as your internal capacity changes. Handover is designed in from the first week, so you are never dependent on the people who did the work.
Seven, as one global entity: the United States, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, Singapore, Canada and Pakistan. Offices are in Waltham, Massachusetts and Lahore, and the same senior pod stays on your account from scope to ship regardless of market.
