C-13Customer Support Automation
How long does a customer wait for an answer you have already given a hundred times?
Routine requests handled in seconds. Your team kept for the conversations that need a person.
The short answerquotable
Customer support automation from AiS LABZ answers repetitive customer questions instantly from your own help content, classifies and routes every ticket, drafts replies for your team and escalates anything complex, emotional or high-value to a person. It runs inside the helpdesk, chat and email channels you already use. Nothing is invented: unknown questions are routed, not answered.
The cost of slow support
Customers do not mind waiting for a hard answer. They mind waiting for an easy one.
The same ten questions
Delivery times, password resets, opening hours, returns. Answered by hand, every day.
First response measured in hours
A ticket sits in the queue until someone reads it, even when the answer is in the FAQ.
Tickets sorted by hand
Someone reads every message to decide who should handle it.
Agents writing from scratch
Every reply typed fresh, in a slightly different tone, with slightly different facts.
Knowledge nobody can find
The answer exists in a help article, a Slack thread or a colleague's head.
Escalations that lose context
The customer explains the problem again to the second person.
After-hours silence
Messages that arrive at 7 pm get a reply at 9 am, if the morning is quiet.
No record of what was promised
Commitments made in chat never reach the CRM or the next shift.
How support automation works
Routine resolved in seconds. Everything else reaches the right person with context.
Human approval can be added at any step. Every run is logged.

Common questions
The practical version.
No. Answers are drawn only from your approved help content and live account data, and each one cites its source. If the question is not covered, the message is routed to a person with a note of what was asked.
Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, HubSpot Service Hub, Help Scout, Gorgias, WhatsApp Business, website chat and plain email. If your tool has an API or email forwarding, it can be connected.
Yes. Start in draft mode, where every reply is prepared for an agent to approve. Once the answers prove reliable for a request type, you can switch that type to automatic while keeping others in review.
Rules you set: request type, sentiment, customer value, keywords such as cancel or complaint, or simply low confidence. The person receives the conversation, the customer's history and a one-line summary, so nothing is repeated.
A first version on one channel, trained on your existing help content, typically runs in supervised mode within two to three weeks. Coverage grows as unanswered questions are turned into new help content.
