W-05 · UK repair network case study
Seven repair counters, six websites, one operating system. The playbook is shared; every page and profile is local.
The short answer
AiS LABZ runs search and growth for a network of independent device-repair shops: six independent repair brands with seven locations in London and the North of England. Between 25 March and 8 July 2026 the programme logged 585 contextual link placements across six sites in 53 working days.
What was in the way?
- Every shop competed for the same London terms with thin, near-identical pages.
- Profiles, sites and directories disagreed on hours, numbers and addresses.
- No shared measurement: no analytics or Search Console on most sites.
What changed?
- 585 link placements logged across six sites in 2026.
- Central London counter: #1 for “iPhone screen repair London”.
- North London shop: named first by ChatGPT and Gemini.
- Two-branch business: 89 reviews at 5.0 ★ across two branches.
- Two further shops: Business Profiles fully optimised.
How did we do it?
The same four-phase method on every engagement: diagnose, model, build, compound.
Diagnose
A baseline audit per site and per Business Profile, using the same checklist everywhere.
Model
One playbook, localised: each shop owns its postcode before any shop chases “London”.
Build
Profile optimisation, schema, metadata and branch pages site by site, plus shared creative: 4K video reels, post designs, flyers and banners.
Compound
Daily link logging per site, weekly SEO runs and bug audits, and a monthly report per shop.
Who did we work with?
What happens next?
Repeat what worked on the lead site on every site: address hygiene, money pages, then area pages.
Common questions
Each shop is localised to its own postcode and its own services, so the playbook is shared but the targets are not.
SEO changes, a read-only bug audit of the live site, and a log of every link placement.
